Welcome to Mount Carmel and our celebration of St. Thérèse. Prayer begins at 9:00 AM around the relics of St. Thérèse in the Main Chapel. Feast Day Masses will be celebrated at 10:00 AM, 12:00 Noon, and 2:00 PM. Fr. John-Benedict Weber, O. Carm., comes to Mount Carmel from Carmel Retreat in New Jersey.  He is the former delegate to the Carmelite Order's North American nuns and hermits, as well as the former delegate to the Third Order Lay Carmelites. He will make a presentation entitled "The Little Way: Love for Others, Love for Self," at 10:15 AM and 12:15 PM in the Malachy Smith Hall. Seating is Limited. The rosary and litanies in honour of St. Thérèse will be prayed at the outdoor Shrine on the south lawn (weather permitting). At the end of each Mass, Carmelites will be stationed near the back grill for individual veneration of the relics of St. Thérèse when exiting the Chapel. Personnel from the Canadian Little Flower Society will be available in the Spiritual Centre Dining Room with membership information. Also, information on the Third Order Lay Carmelites will be available. The Gift Shop and Bookstore will be open.
