Elijah’s Well, run by Third  Order Lay Carmelites, is based on a Third Order Lay Carmelite Community meeting.  6:30-7:30 pm we pray Liturgy of the Hours and lectio divina. 7:30-9:00 pm we study Carmelite spirituality with a view to nourishing and helping our spiritual life grow. All are welcome. You may join us for the first hour only if you wish. (6:00pm orientation is required for all first time participants.)

Part of an 800 year old tradition of prayer, community and service, Lay Carmelites are called to share in the charism of the Carmelite Order, be part of the Carmelite family and contribute to the transformation of the secular world. Carmelites share a deep spirituality embraced by the Order’s friars, nuns and laity, including, St. Thérèse of Lisieux, St. Teresa of Avila, St. John of the Cross, St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross (Edith Stein), St. Nuno Álvares Pereira, St. George Preca, and Blessed Titus Brandsma.
