What the Centre Offers
Mount Carmel offers hospitality and the use of our conference facilities to many groups so that they may pursue their own spiritual and/or educational programs. Come and discover our Centre located on 12 acres with wooded areas, open spaces and gardens within walking distance of Niagara Falls. Modest air conditioned accommodations are also available for those attending retreats, conferences or workshops.

The Halls and Meeting Rooms
Mount Carmel has a variety of halls and meeting rooms of various sizes capable of handling small groups to large groups up to 150+ people.
Malachy Smith Hall
A recently renovated conference space for up to 150 guests located in the basement level beneath the main chapel.
It is a beautiful air conditioned room, carpeted, with a riser stage, sink area and outlets every six feet.
Seating, tables, easels, over head projector, sound and mics, it's an ideal setting for a large group meeting, workshop or class.
Little Flower Room
Conference space for up to 100 guests located on the top floor of the building, overlooking upper Niagara River.
Gleaming hardwood floors with two turrets, coffee bar,sink area, podium, seating and tables.
John of the Cross Room
This meeting room is located on the 1st floor with classroom style seating for 35 guests. Air conditioned. Wireless internet access.
Teresa of Avila Room
This meeting room is also located on the 1st floor with seating for 25 guests. Air conditioned. Wireless internet access
Small Board Room
Seats up to 10 guests at a large table. Located on the 1st floor.
Located indoors is a large labyrinth on the 4th floor overlooking the upper Niagara River in a quiet zone.
Halls and Meeting Rooms
Every hall and meeting room can have the following available for
guest use: AV equipment - overhead, flipcharts, LCD projector, projection screens, chalk/bulletin/presentation boards, TV/DVD, wireless microphone and mics.
Also available for guest use: Wireless internet access available at hotspots throughout building, colour photocopying onsite and fax service.
